Medication Assisted Treatment Program Coordinator/Clinician
This individual will provide coordination of our Medication Assisted Treatment program as well as individual, family and group substance use and mental health counseling. This full time position will include administrative tasks involved in program coordination of our MAT program and will be an integral member of our MAT team. Sacopee Valley Health Center provides integrated primary care. A Master’s degree in social work or counseling with a minimum of two years’ experience is required.
Join our Clinical Support Team in providing quality care to our patients. This position is full time. Completion of Medical Assistant training and a minimum of one year’s experience required.
Community Outreach and Development Coordinator
This position is full-time. The Community Outreach and Development Coordinator offers information and programs to Health Center patients and the community at large to help individuals develop knowledge and skills to improve and maintain their personal health, and coordinates and implements the Health Center’s fundraising programs and marketing activities. Undergraduate degree or an associate’s degree with experience in community work, experience in working with a non-profit service organization helpful.
Family Nurse Practitioner
Sacopee Valley Health Center has a position available for a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our provider team. Sacopee Valley Health Center is a multi-service, progressive, rural federally qualified community health center located in a medically underserved area. Services on site include integrated primary care, dental services, family planning, mental health counseling, psychiatry, nutritionist, optometry, podiatry, social services support, sliding fee coverage, care management, radiology and lab services. Next Gen EMR. Practice is outpatient only with no OB. On-call rotation is 4-5 times per month. NCQA Level III PCMH. This is a full time, 4 days per week position with a competitive salary and benefits package including health, dental, disability and life insurance, 401k retirement plan, and a generous paid time off plan; Family Nurse Practitioners are eligible to apply for NHSC loan repayment. Applicants must be a graduate of a Family Nurse Practitioner Program with current Maine licensure; at least one year of primary care medical experience preferred.
Part-Time Medical Assistant/EMT position available for every Saturday and Sunday. The work hours are between 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please join our growing Clinical Support Team in providing quality care to our patients.
