An on-call provider can offer advice that may keep you out of the hospital.

This service is offered 24/7 for patients of the health center.

Walk-In Care at Sacopee Valley Health Center is committed to helping you feel better quickly when minor illnesses suddenly arise.

Our staff is here to help with things such as:

  • Allergic Reactions
  • Bladder Infections
  • Bronchitis
  • Bruises or Bumps
  • Colds or Cough
  • Eye Issues or “Pink Eye”
  • Dental Infections
  • Fever
  • Flu
  • Ear Ache or Ear Infections
  • Insect Bites/Stings or Tick Bites
  • Sore Throat or Strep Throat
  • Migraines
  • Muscle Strain or Sprain
  • Rashes or Skin Infections
  • Sinus Infection
  • Stomach Ache or “Stomach Flu”
  • Back pain
  • Other Unusual Pain
  • Minor Cuts and Burns
  • Minor Eye Injuries
  • Other Persistent Health Concerns

Once you sign in you will be seen on a first come, first serve basis.


Use Walk-In Care only for a condition that requires immediate care but is not life-threatening.

The Emergency Department should be used for conditions that are life or limb threatening such as:

Chest Pain

Facial Drooping

Sudden Numbness or Weakness in arm or leg

Uncontrolled Bleeding & Severe Cuts

Vaginal bleeding with pregnancy

Coughing or vomiting blood or blood in stool

Major fracture that breaks the skin or needs to be reset
